From Costa Rica’s innovative Finca V&G in San Juanillo, this coffee is the creation of agronomist Tomás Gutiérrez and engineer Allan Vargas, who in 2007 turned four hectares into a hub for coffee innovation. Working with CiCafe, they grow hybrid varieties that balance flavor, yield, and resilience. The cup is expressive, with vibrant notes of wine, grape, and stonefruit — a bright, flavorful experience reflecting care and creativity.
