High in the mountains of Nariño, José Gomez grows Caturra at 1,850 metres above sea level, where cool temperatures and high elevation help the coffee develop slowly and build plenty of sweetness.
Naturally processed, this coffee is juicy, fruit-forward and full of character. Expect ripe grape and cherry up front, with a deeper fig-like sweetness rounding things out.
